Terms and Conditions – Vishaka

'Vishaka' is a cloud application provided by Zykoon Technologies to help employees, employers and local authorities of a particular entity, city or country through various features like complaint management, transparency, training etc. By using ‘Vishaka’ you are fully accepting the terms & conditions below. If you do not accept these T&C then you must stop using the application.

Your access to and use of the platform is at your risk. if you are dissatisfied with the application or any of the content, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using the application

Zykoon Technologies do not warrant:

• that the application, any of the application’s functions or any content contained therein will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• that defects will be corrected;
• that the services or the servers hosting them are free of viruses or other harmful code; or
• that the services or information available through the application will continue to be available. Zykoon Technologies disclaim any express or implied warranties, including, without limitation, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and title. The services, including, without limitation, all content, software, and functions made available on or accessed through or sent from the application, are provided 'as is', 'as available', 'and with all faults'.

Zykoon Technologies will not be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, economic, punitive, or consequential damages) in connection with the application or your user submissions, even if foreseeable or even if Zykoon Technology has been advised of the possibility of such damages (including, without limitation, whether caused in whole or in part by negligence, gross negligence, or otherwise, but excluding willful misconduct) unless specified in writing. You acknowledge that you may be waiving rights with respect to claims that are unknown or are unsuspected.”

Even though we reserve the right to verify some of your information, we do not assume any obligation at all to do so. We are also not obligated to mediate, pre-screen or monitor content but do reserve the right to do so, and to remove any content from the application is our discretion.

Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

You will be solely responsible for the accuracy, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness of any information you submit via the application, and Zykoon Technologies shall not be responsible or liable for the deletion, correction, destruction, damage, loss or failure to store any such information. Zykoon Technologies reserves the right to withhold access to, remove and/or discard your information from the application or terminate your account without notice for any breach of these Terms of Use, or in the event that you cease to work for the entity to which your instance relates. In the event that your account is terminated, your ability to access or use data through the application shall immediately cease, and Zykoon Technologies shall have no obligation to maintain or forward any data that you have submitted.
